Document Description
A temporary emergency Hazardous Waste Permit has been granted to Clean Harbors San Jose, LLC (Clean Harbors) to transfer part of a load of flammable liquid from an overweight tanker truck into another tanker. The permit allow the excess weight of approximately 90% water and 10% non-halogenated solvents, primarily xylene and toluene, to be transferred from one tanker truck to another.
