BWD is proposing a conjunctive management program that consists of two production wells, a recharge program to help basin groundwater levels recover, a monitoring program to track changes in groundwater levels, monitor water quality, and evaluate the project pumping effects on groundwater resources of the sub-basin, and an educational program.
