Document Description
The Planning Commission approved a request to construct an affordable housing and commercial development comprised of 31 affordable housing units, approximately 5,400 square feet of retail space, and approximately 4,100 square feet of office space. The project will include two stories of underground parking which will include tandem parking and the replacement of all the existing Park-and-Ride spaces (100 Park-and-Ride spaces total). The proposal includes the development of air space lease apartments and commercial office/space.
