The proposed Tavern Road Mixed Use Development consists of an affordable housing and commercial development comprised of 31 affordable housing units and approximately 5,332 square feet of retail space and 4,105 square feet of office space over two stories of understructure/underground parking. The project would develop air space lease apartments and commercial/office space on APN 35-180-120 which is currently developed and utilized as the Town of Mammoth Lakes Park and Ride lot. The project will require a Use Permit and Design Review Permit from the Planning Commission.
