Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2010-0153-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, East Bay Municipal Utility District.
The project is limited the placement of a 5' diameter x 40 foot section of galvanized culvert in an eroding drainage ditch. The bed of the drainage will be prepared by removing rocks to create a smooth platform that is slightly below the natural contour and with a slope not greater than 3%. Approximately 30 yards of native fill will be placed and compacted to secure the culvert. At the inlet and outlet, approximately 3 yards of washed riprap will be installed to armor those areas.
