The project is a Tentative Parcel Map that proposes to subdivide a parcel approximately ten acres in size into 2 five acre lots. The size of the parcels would be consistent with the A/RR: 5 (Agricultural Rural Residential: 5 acre minimum) zoning that currently exists on the parcels. The lots would be used for the construction of single-family residences. Access is provided by Douglas Way with a prescriptive access currently from Lone Tree Way.
