Document Description
The proposal is to construct a mixed use development with 31 residential condominium units and approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space and a parking structure. The project as proposed can be constructed only after the adoption of the 23rd Street Specific Plan that will amend the current General Plan and zoning densities on the properties to accommodate the 31 units. If the 23rd Street Specific Plan is not adopted, the applicant will revert to the original proposal of 24 residential condominium units, approximately 8,000 square feet of retail space and a parking structure with a General Plan Amendment and rezoning application.
