Also, to create four parcels; one of 9.7 acres, one of 10.3 acres, one of 13.3 acres and one of 16.5 acres in the proposed EA; Exclusive Agriculture Zoning District. Located north of Corning, on the east side of Hall Road, approximately 330 feet south of the Houghton Avenue / Loleta Avenue.
