Document Description
1. Ordinance for Zone Change RZ09-034 to add the :PD (Planned Unit Development Combining ) district to the existing RE-10 (Residential Estate, 10 acre minimum), O (Open Space), and RE-10:H (Residential Estate, 10 acre minimum: Historic Combining) zoning districts on a 163.0 +/- parcel; 2. Planned Unit Development Permit PUD09-004 to allow an exception to Section 16.26.150 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code, which requires each parcel or remainder created to be served by an easement for ingress or egress which shall be deeded, dedicated or adjudicated to facilitate the creation of private roads to be maintained by a homeowners association; and 3. Amendment (T09-047) to Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 05TSM-76, which allowed division of hte 163.0 +/- acre parcel into 16 parcels ranging in size from 10.01 +/- acres to 12.60 +/- acres. The purpose of the amendment is to allow maintenance of interior subdivision roads by a homeowners association in lieu of a County Service Area.
