Document Description
Development of the project site includes the demolition of a street level public parking lot and adjacent flower shop/locksmith and hamburger restaurant and the construction of a mixed-use development. The mixed-use development would include a nine-story office building, with a ground floor divided into lobby (1,400 square feet) and restaurant spaces (6,950 square feet). Above the ground floor lobby and restaurant space would be seven floors of office space, at 14,000 square feet per floor for a total of approximately 98,000 square feet of office space, plus a top level penthouse at approximately 7,000 square feet. The proposed project would include approximately 123 parking spaces contained on three subterranean levels on-site; 60-100 parking spaces would be provided off-site. The structure would be one tower, nine stories tall with three subterranean floors, at a maximum height of 120 feet.
