CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2013-0162-R6 [Revision 2]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: RCFC Investments, represented by Mr. Gordon Youde, 26071 Merit Circle, Suite 101, Laguna Hills, CA 92653, Phone (949) 367-9400. The Tentative Tract No. 32386 Project (project) proposes the construction of a residential development consisting of 52 single-family residential lots, 2 water quality basins, local streets, and the preservation of natural open space areas, within Tentative Tract 32386. The construction of the project will impact a total of 2.25 acres of CDFW jurisdictional areas consisting of temporary impacts to 0.87 acres of existing basin and permanent impacts to 1.38 acres of streambed and associated vegetation. Temporary impacts will consist of 0.41 acres of concrete removal and re-contouring basin slopes as well as 0.46 acres of concrete repair within the existing basin.
