Document Description
The Department of Fish and Game is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2007-0494-R5) to the City of San Marcos (City) for the San Marcos Creek Specific Plan (Project). The Project refers to a community planning effort designed to provide the necessary framework to grant mixed-use/smart-growth zoning, flood control to surrounding properties and facilitate urban infill by reevaluating land uses and establishing a Specific Plan for development regulation within the Project area over an estimated 20-year time period.
