Document Description
The 248-acre project includes three primary components: 1) implementation of the San Marcos Creek Specific Plan, which would serve as themaster plan for the project area, 2) roadway and infrastructure improvements, and 3) floodway improvements to San Marcos Creek, including hydraulic improvements to SR-78.
