Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2008-0171-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, PacTen Partners Real Estate Development, represented by Mr. Dennis Fitzpatrick, 1689 Comstock Avenue, City of Los Angeles, State of California, 90024, Phone (310) 993-9117. The Applicant is proposing to construct 2 industrial parks composed of 51 concrete tilt-up buildings with associated roadway improvements, parking, landscaping, and drainage features, and rezone portions of the site for consistency with the Riverside County Integrated Project (RCIP). In addition, the Applicant will designate 2,548 acres in the southern portion of the project site as open space. Within the designated open space area, the Applicant proposes to construct a 1,740 foot long (0.38-acre) linear channel to intercept and collect surface flows from Zierders Road and the offsite portion of Drainage B.
