Document Description
The applicant is proposing to develop two industrial parks composed of 51 concrete tilt-up buildings and associated roadway improvements, parking, landscaping, drainage features, and rezoning portions of the site for consistency with the County General Plan (adopted by the City of Menifee City Counci). The industrial park in the southern section would be 617,919 square feet in 33 individual buildings. The industrial park in the northern section of the project site would include 209,858 square feet in 18 individual buildings. In total, the project would include 827,777 square feet of building space. The building heights would range between 30 to 36 feet. The individual buildings would range in size from 5,400 to 36,400 square feet.
