The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to allow for the demolition of eleven office/industrial/retail buildings on a 19.57 acre site and allow the development of a Mixed-Use project consisting of 1,000 residential dwelling units, 44,000 square feet of office space, and 30,000 square feet of retail/commercial space within Planning Area 36.
