The project would include 88 new timeshare units within seven buildings, a timeshare clubhouse, a new 800-seat ballroom, a new spa facility, a new housekeeping and engineering building, and a new two-level parking garage. Implementation of the proposed project would require the demolition of 12 villas, the 3,190-square foot Terrace Ballroom, and the engineering and maintenance building.
