Rural Residential-A/(RR-A) GPA/ZC is proposed to change the land use and zoning to Planned Community/PC
A request to re-subdivide five legal lots that range from 5 to 40 acres in size to five lots that will range from 1 to 3.5 acres in size and an 111 acre open space lot. A GPA/ZC is necessary to use the smaller lots sizes provided by the PC zone. A Specific Plan Amendments is required to incorporate the property into the adjoining Old Coach Golf Estates Specific Plan.
