No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated. All work is in substantial conformance with the MND and no new adverse environmental impacts are anticipated, including cumulative effects.

New utilities will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the utilities replaced but brought up to existing code and compliance.
Consists of construction of limited numbers of new, small facilities.
