Document Description
The proposed action consists of the fee acquisition of land currently leased for the existing Warner Springs Fire Station in San Diego County. The site is approximately four acres; the APN is 137-092-26. The parcel has been leased by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection for several years for the fire station and associated improvements. The state is acquiring the parcel to assure it remains available for operation of the existing station and to facilitate potential future improvements to this critical public safety facility.
