Slide activity at this location substantially increased during the 2005/2006-winter season, which consequently caused costs to maintain road grade to increase as well. Caltrans is now developing remedial measures for implementation of a permanent fix to the slide issues during the 2007-construction season. Geo-technical information if needed to better assess slide dynamics.
