This site is currently vacant and the proposal is to create parcels that will result in further subdivision in the future as single family residential lots and a municipal golf course. Any potentially adverse environmental effects have been adequately addressed in an EIR adopted and certified by the Dinuba City Council on July 3, 2006 and no further environmental documentation is required. The lot line adjustment furthers the economic objectives of the Dinuba Redevelopment Agency and is consistent with the General Plan designation and zoning classification. The use of Section 15315, Minor Land Division, is applicable and appropriate.
