The proposed Cement Import Terminal includes an 80,000 square-foot bulk cement storage structure and a 2,450 square-foot Garage & Administration Structure. Strict implementation of the Zoning Ordinance would require 46 parking spaces for this facility. The new standard will require only eight parking spaces for the facility.
