Document Description
Pursuant to Section 22.56.1780 of the Los Angeles County Code, the Board of Supervisors approved a modification of Special Permit 1401-(5). The Permit was approved by the Regional Planning Commission on October 27, 1959 to authorize the expansion, operation and maintenance of a privately owned public use commercial airport with appurtenant facilities. On August 17, 2004, the Board instructed the Commission to initiate proceedings to consider revocation or modification of the Permit due to series of violatations and community concerns the operation of the airport.
