Document Description
Students in the STRAW Project will re-vegetate the riparian zone and stream bank with willow springs, willow walls and other native riparian species at the Martin Ranch on Stemple Creek in Sonoma County. Riparian habitat restoration experts from the Bay Institute and a consulting firm, Prunuske Chatam will provide direction to students and teachers. Students will also remove invasive non-native plants where appropriate to provide native plants with better growth conditions.
