Document Description
The project is the approval and implementation of a temporary one-year water transfer (March 2007 to December 2007) from Yuba County Water Agency (YCWA) to the State Department of Water Resources (DWR). The amount of the water transfer is up to 125,000 acre-feet of water to be delivered pursuant to the terms of a water transter agreement between YCWA and DWR. The project involves YCWA transferring water from New Bullards Bar Reservoir to DWR via the Yuba River Development Project facilities, lower Yuba River, lower Feather River, Sacramento River, and the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta.
