The proposed project invovles implementation of improvements to the non-storm flow diversion and pumping system along upper Oso Creek. The purpose of the project is to implement physical improvements to achieve decreased effort and frequency of sediment removal, reduced pump bearing wear, enhanced aesthetics along the 14th hole, and increased reliability, flexibility, and efficeiency.
