Document Description
A series of storms struck Northern California and Nevada in late December and early January 2005/2006. The Sacramento River, Truckee River and associated tributaries reached flood stage. High flows, high tides and winds were experienced in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. A Federal Disaster Declaration was issued for 31 California counties due to floods, mudslides and landslides caused by the storm.
