Document Description
The applicant proposes to reposition two large woody debris (LWD) structures within the stream channel such that current bank erosion being caused by the current LWD alignment will be altered to prevent further bank erosion to surrounding properties during high stream flow events. The applicant proposes to anchor and tie the repositioned LWD into the left (facing d/s) stream bank with a crane operating from the top of the stream bank; standard BMP's are proposed to keep any construction related sediment from discharging into the creek. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2006-0655-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
