Objectives of the proposed project are as follows: - Provide the City with flexibility in the prioritization of roadway improvements in response to available funding, roadway capacity, demand, and the need for local, State, and federal agency approvals; - Facilitate the implementation of the City's General Plan by allowing for timely delivery of development projects and thus the ongoing generation of fees to fund transportation improvements; and - Facilitate the implementation of the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) by providing additional funding for CIP improvements.
