Document Description
Relocation and rehabilitation of the historic Emmett House from a commercial site at 843 Ralston to a vacant site at 1000 O'Neill Avenue. Rehabilitation will include restoring original architectural details and conversion of current office spaces to two units designated for low-income residents. Site improvements include construction of a 4-car detached garage, landscaping and reconfiguration of Sixth Avenue to provide additional land area on the project site through the abandonment of excess right-of-way. Belmont Creek meanders through the north half of the site.
