Document Description
A minor subdivision of an approximately 30.74 acre parcel into two equally sized parcels of approximately 15.37 acres. The property is currently developed with three single family residences (legally constructed) and on-site wastewater treatment systems. Two of the residences, sharing a septic system, will be situated on Proposed Parcel 2. Proposed Parcel 1 is developed with the third residence, a separate septic system and a well serving all three dwellings. A Special Permit is requested to permit the smaller residence on proposed Parcel 2 as a secondary dwelling unit. No trees are proposed to be removed and no grading is proposed.
