Document Description
The proposed action is approval of a tentative subdivision map and conditional use permit for the project pursuant to the requirements of the Alpine County Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances. Creekside Condominiums is a proposed multifamily project to include 17 residential condominiums, together with a covered under building parking garage containing 34 parking spaces. The residential units are arranged in two groupings around a common interior courtyard. Each unit is proposed to contain three bedrooms and have two full stories plus a loft. Access to the parking area is from a driveway that will connect directly to Creekside Drive on the south side of the project site. Water and sewer service will be provided by the Lake Alpine Water Company and Bear Valley Water District, respectively.
