Document Description
The proposed project includes adding a new Mineral Processing Combining District to the County's zoning ordinance, and rezoning approximately 18 acres of the site to the new district. A use permit renewal/modification would then be required to expand the existing Harris Quarry, allowing for extraction and processing of 200,000 cubic yards of aggregate on site per year for 30 years and production of up to 150,000 tons of asphalt per year for the same period.
