The proposed project consists of the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Excelsior Road and Gerber Road/Birch Ranch Drive. Corner returns, including pedestrian ramps and signal poles will be placed at their ultimate locations; therefore widening on all four legs of the intersection will be required.
