The proposed project involves the development of a multimodal transit facility on the Hercules waterfront in Contra Costa County. The project site is located on Bayfront Boulevard on the former Hercules Powder Company property in the City of Hercules, approximately one mile west of I-80. The facility would include a new ferry terminal in the vicinity of Hercules Point, a nearby passenger train station on the existing Capitol Corridor line, and a transit bus terminal.
