Document Description
The annexation of two parcels (APNs 040-140-004, -005) of undeveloped land within the Town of Mammoth Lakes into the MCWD Sphere of Influence. The subject properties, which total 94.01 acres, are within Snowcreek Master Plan Update 2007 ar ea. LAFCo independently reviewed the environmental effects of the project as showing in the FEIR and found none of the conditions described in CEQA Guidelines sections 15162 or 15163 exist and that, accordingly, no subsequent or supplemental EIR is required. Moreover, LAFCo independently reviewed the CEQA Guidelines section 15091 and section 15093 findings for the Snowcreek Master Plan made by the Town of Mammoth Lakes in conjunction with its certification of the FEIR and adopted those findings as its own.
