The project consists of the installation of a mile of an 8 inch to 30 inch steel, ductile iron, or PVC potable water pipeline connecting the District's Freeway and Morning Drive Tank site facilities. The pipeline will be constructed inside dedicated street Right of Way and utility easements. Said Right of Way and easements have been previously disturbed by grading operations of the future Morning Drive road alignment and the Rio Bravo Medical Campus development. Through, street improvements are not complete, the graded roads and easements are considered traveled ways as they are used by District staff to access the freeway Tank site. Lands within the District's tank sites have also been previously disturbed and are subject to routine maintenance.
