The project also includes a request for a prezone to PD, development agreement, grading exemptions for cut slopes of up to 50 feet and fill slopes of up to 42 feet, and annexation of five parcels. Additionally, off-site improvements to Ash Street between Vista Avenue and Sheridan Avenue are proposed to mitigate for traffic impacts, as well as the intersections noted on the map, and will be part of this environmental review.
