Document Description
On October 18, 2007, the City of Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency certified the Environmental Impact Report for the Sunset and Gordon Mixed Use Project. The Certified EIR analyzed the development of a 324,432 square-foot project including: 311 multi-family residences; 53,500 square feet of commercial space consisting of 40,000 square feetr of office and 13,500 square feet of retail (including 8,500 square feet of restaurant uses); 508 parking spaces; a 21,177 square foot public park; and two supergraphic signs. The CRA Approved Project included a 23-story structure (260 feet above grade) with an 18-floor residential tower a five-level above grade podium structure.
