CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0011-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tesoro Viejo, Incorporated. Project includes activities related to the modification of streams within a 649.5 acre area for the construction of a new planned community. The project area is the first phase of what will be the ultimate conversation of a 1,584 acre area of residential, commercial ,retail, education, and industrial builds. Project activities include fill of stream features during mass grading for the site development, bridge construction, culvert installation, and installation of a raw water line, in addition to one riparian revegetation site.
