Note: Revised NOP Tesoro Viejo Specific Plan (and Development Pursuant Thereto) The proposed project would involve development of a property known locally as the Peck Ranch that is part of the Rio Mesa Area Plan about 9 miles north of Fresno between the San Joaquin River to the east and State Route (SR) 41 to the west. The Tesoro Viejo Project site is located in southeastern Madera County. The project site is bordered by the San Joaquin River to the east, SR-41 to the west, Little Table Mountain to the north, and the Coombs Ranch to the south.
