Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-MAD-27873-R4, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project
Applicant, Tesoro Viejo Development, Inc.
The Project includes activities related to the construction of Phase 2 of the Tesoro Viejo community. Activities at 15
sites include mass grading and fill of streams at two locations, installation of two culvert crossings, improvement of
one stream crossing, and removal of 10 culverts.
