The Destination 2030 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) examines a full range of transportation issues, opportunities and needs facing Kern County. It also provides goals, objectives, and policies to guide the identification and implementation of future transportation improvements for all modes, including: public transit; highways, streets and roads; bikeways and pedestrian; passenger rail; rail and truck commodities movement; transportation demand management; and aviation.
