Document Description
The Northgate Crossing Specific Plan EIR, certified and approved by the Indio City Council on June 20, 2007, along with the Finding of Consistency, approved by the City of Indio Community Development Director on Nov. 9, 2022, adequately addressed the environmental effects of that part of the project that involves the IID (the Northgate Substation Project) which will enable the IID electrical system to provide power to the specific plan. IID will use these findings in approving that portion of the project affecting IID.
