Document Description
The proposed project is a senior housing complex that includes the construction of 50 new rental units for low to very low income seniors. The units will be one bedroom units approximately 580 square feet in size. All units will be independent living units. The proposed project also includes a 2,000 square foot community room which will be designed to accommodate resident meetings and activities. Space will be provided for an office, maintenance area, public restrooms, and mailbox area.
