Document Description
A proposal to the proposal Ordinance Amendment would amend section 12.10.05 of the Calimesa Municipal Code to require City Council approval of Conditional Use Permits. Currently, the Calimesa Municipal Code vests the authority to approve Conditional Use Permits in the planning commission. With implementation of the proposed Ordinance, the planning commission would be vested with the authority to make recommendations to the City Council and the City Council would be the final approval body.
