Document Description
On January 17, 2007 the March Joint Powers Commission approved the Sunfield Project, which included food processing, office, and refrigerated storehouse uses on 10.3 acres at 21842 Opportunity Way and adopted a Mitigated Negative Declaration and associated Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the same. A Notice of Determination for those actions was filed and posted on January 17, 2007. Subsequent to those approvals, litigation was brought to challenge the approvals. Pursuant to the Court's determinations, on April 16, 2008 the Joint Powers Commission adopted one further mitigation measure for noise, added monitoring and verification responsibilities for one air quality mitigation measure, and clarified one other mitigation measure addressing cumulative air quality impacts.
