Document Description
A General Plan Amendment, Master Plan Amendment, Local Coastal Program Amendment, Habitat Management Plan Permit, Site Development Plan, Coastal Development Permit, Hillside Development Permit, and Minor Subdivision Map are required for the proposed 4-lot subdivision and development which will result in two developable parcels and two open space parcels. A proposed 21,904 sf office building is proposed for Lot 1 and future development of Lot 2 would be limited to approximately 13,000 sf of commercial retail use. Open Space Lots 3 and 4 comprise 2.67 acrse (34% of the project area). The open space lots will have new General Plan Land Use designations of OS (Open Space).
