Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of a Bus Transfer Terminal in downtown El Centro at the northeastern corner of State Street and South Seventh Street. The project would provide stopping areas for 40-foot and 30-foot buses as well as shuttles/Dial-a-ride buses around the perimeter of a central island and a peninsula. Facilities for arriving and departing passengers would be provided on the island and peninsula and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant pedestrian access would be provided to and through the site.
